All equipment returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for service. Technical Support will have assigned you an RMA number if your equipment was found faulty. Warranty repairs are validated over the phone, by invoice, or at the factory.
When returning equipment, please include all relevant pieces in a well protected box enclosed with bubble wrap or kraft paper. Include in the box your contact information and preferred return address.
All repair service and shipping is covered. To receive a prepaid shipping label, please call technical support for warranty validation.
A minimum $40 is charged for non-warranty repairs. Additional charges are assessed at the factory.
